Healthium\u202fTrulene Suture 1\u20110<\/strong> is a sterile, non-absorbable monofilament surgical suture composed of synthetic polypropylene dyed blue. Engineered for long-term soft tissue approximation and ligation, it delivers sustained tensile support and minimal tissue reactivity. Its smooth, biologically inert surface avoids tissue adherence and mitigates inflammatory response, while the high plasticity improves wound healing accommodation. Ideal for running subcuticular closures and permanent fixation, Trulene is easy to remove when needed and resists enzymatic degradation, making it well suited for cardiovascular, general, microsurgical, orthopedic, plastic, ophthalmic, and neurological surgeries.
