Endobloc 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but taking it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor is better. If you have missed any dose, it is better to take another when you remember it.

Endobloc 10 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This constriction increases the pressure in the vessels of the lungs. Endobloc 10 Tablet relaxes these vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
