Endobloc 5 Tablet may be taken regardless of food; however, it is better to take it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. If you have missed any dose, it is better to take another when you remember it.

Mechanism of action of Endobloc 5 Tablet:
Endobloc 5 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the arteries of the lungs. Endobloc 5 Tablet relaxes these vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.
