Topaz 100 Tablet may be taken regardless of food, preferably at the same time every day. If you have missed a dose, take it when you remember and continue with the full course of treatment even if you feel much improved. Stopping the medication abruptly without talking to your doctor may cause an increased frequency of seizures. Your doctor may recommend regular monitoring of serum bicarbonate levels while you are taking this medication.
